Subject to event organizer restrictions, digital tickets may be transferred to another individual through our platform. Unauthorized resale or distribution of tickets may result in cancellation of the tickets without refund.

SOLEGI10 LLC is not responsible for changes to event dates, times, venues, lineups, or cancellations made by event organizers. In the event of a cancellation, we will process refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. For rescheduled events, tickets remain valid for the new date unless a refund is specifically requested.
