2. 30-Day Refund Window

Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date under reasonable conditions. To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must generally be met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
  • The event has not yet taken place at the time of the request
  • The tickets have not been transferred to another party
  • The tickets have not been used, scanned, or redeemed

3. Delivered Tickets

If tickets have been delivered digitally and the event has not yet occurred, you may still request a refund within the 30-day window. Upon approval, the digital tickets will be voided and a refund will be issued. If tickets have been delivered and the event date has passed, refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific circumstances.

4. Event Cancellations

If an event is officially cancelled by the organizer or venue, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of when the purchase was made. Refunds for cancelled events are processed automatically within 5-10 business days of the cancellation announcement. You will receive an email notification with refund details.

5. Rescheduled Events

For events that are rescheduled to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement. After this 14-day window, standard refund terms apply.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:

  • The 30-day refund window has expired and the event has not been cancelled
  • The event has already occurred
  • Tickets have been transferred to another individual
  • Tickets were purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers
  • The request is based on personal scheduling conflicts after the refund window
  • Service fees may be non-refundable depending on the event organizer's policy

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the reason for the refund request
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. Credit card refunds may take an additional 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

9. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, SOLEGI10 LLC may offer partial refunds at its discretion. Partial refunds may be applicable when service fees are non-refundable, when only a portion of a multi-ticket order is being refunded, or when promotional discounts were applied to the original purchase.

10. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may submit an appeal by contacting our support team with additional information supporting your request. Appeals will be reviewed by a senior team member and a final decision will be communicated within 5 business days.
